Beautiful views and a perfect location; this small condominium packs a lot of punch. We designed a getaway second home for this couple so they could be in the heart of the City. The custom entry provides interest and separation from the main living spaces. A built-in banquette and table provide lots of seating and a custom wall cabinet in the Living Room houses the TV and the clients’ incredible book collection and treasures from their travels. In the Primary Bedroom we added draperies to soften and provide privacy and a calm wallpaper to provide interest. The color palette echos the beautiful view of the outdoors from the expansive windows and connect nature to the inside.
