Our Process
At the beginning of your project we meet with you at the project site. We ask questions to understand your design goals, needs, timelines and budget. We get to know you, the way you live and what’s important to you. From this initial meeting we develop a scope of work and send you a design agreement that covers all the details and terms.
Once we have an understanding of you and the scope of your project, we explore creative concepts using our specific knowledge of you and your project and our vision and expertise. These high level concepts provide the inspiration for more detailed design decisions down the road. We communicate these concepts to you using mood boards, sketches and renderings.
During this part of our process, we take the larger design concepts and get more specific. We finalize the floor plan, select or design the architectural features, finishes and electrical fixtures.
With the floor plans complete, we move on to selecting the furniture, accessories and art. Our broad experience and extensive contacts in the industry provide you with exceptional curated options to choose from.
Once approved by you, we make purchases on your behalf. We consolidate and store all items until installation. We set an installation date based on your project construction and furniture lead times and delivery dates.
For the final step, we put everything in place for you. We are experts in handling your installation from start to finish, including styling your home to reflect you and your design goals.
