The Glenview project was a total remodel done in two phases for a young family. In the first phase, we revamped all the living spaces, including the kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, and powder room. This involved creating a cohesive whole-house color palette, redesigning fireplaces, and refreshing the kitchen and family room. The second phase focused on adding square footage for a pool bath, office, and revamped laundry room. Our design approach, California Transitional, emphasized the home's views and seamlessly blended indoor and outdoor elements. We also prioritized easy care and maintenance with the use of performance fabrics and wipeable surfaces throughout the home.
