This custom home, untouched since it was built in 2005, was ready for a fresh perspective. We completed a partial remodel that transformed the Kitchen, Family Room, Dining Room, and Powder Room with timeless yet modern updates.

In the Kitchen, we redesigned the island to maximize functionality, adding storage and a new seating area, while painting the cabinets, updating hardware, and introducing a striking mix of marble countertops and quartzite on the island. A handmade tile backsplash behind the cooktop brings texture and an artisanal touch to the space.

The Family Room received a sophisticated update with a seamless fluted marble fireplace surround and freshly painted cabinetry in a soft neutral tone. 

For the Powder Room, we leaned into a moody, dramatic palette and designed a custom marble sink paired with an antique mirror. Layered brass plumbing fixtures complete the look, creating a space that feels both elevated and full of character.
