We relocated the cooktop to the back wall to maximize workspace and redesigned the island to enhance flow and provide a place for our clients to gather. To further improve usability, we relocated the laundry room, creating a layout that supports everyday living.

The Dining Room received a complete refresh, beginning with new flooring that brightened the entire space. An existing wood-burning fireplace that was previously tucked into an awkward spot, was closed up to open the room and allow for a larger dining table, creating more space for guests to gather comfortably. Statement pendant lights introduce both drama and adjustable ambiance, while an antique hutch provides a timeless showcase for the homeowners’ cherished heirlooms.

The family room was transformed into a modern yet timeless gathering space. A sleek fireplace insert with a refined concrete surround became the focal point, balanced by crisp white oak cabinetry framing the hearth. This family room fireplace design created symmetry, style, and functionality which is perfect for entertaining or cozy nights in.
Powder Room Wallpaper Ideas: A Jewel-Box Moment
Powder rooms offer an opportunity to be bold, and we leaned into drama with a deep blue textured wallpaper. Paired with a custom fluted vanity in rich finishes, the result is a jewel-box moment that makes a statement and inspires.

The remodel was completed with a reimagined movie room, where blue-gray cabinetry adds mood and depth while providing abundant storage.
